The Gammie on the Go foundation works with schools, families and healthcare professionals to help children access the mobility equipment they need. This can include wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, prosthetics, orthotics and other mobility solutions.

Where possible, we work with physiotherapists and other professionals to make sure the equipment is suitable, properly fitted and genuinely improves the child’s day-to-day life.

Every child is different. Our job is to understand what they need and help make the right support possible.

We want to help create a South Africa where a child’s future isn’t limited by whether they can access the right mobility support. A wheelchair can make school possible. A walker can build independence. A prosthetic can change what a child believes is possible.

We know we can’t help everyone. But meaningful change can start with one child being given the chance to participate, grow and move through life with more freedom.
